We will create an estimate for your review and get to work on executing the details for your special occasion.

From large-scale fundraising galas to intimate donor events, our team is able to customize each planning package based on your needs and budget. We will serve as your on-site logistical experts, leading your team of vendors to ensure your big day comes to life according to plan. We include the creation of your personal timeline for the day and a version to provide your VIPs. We will oversee design installation, vendor arrival, bridal party management, work out the kinks with your caterers, greet and assist your guests, all while you focus on celebrating in the moment.
